S: During our Christmas Eve party we celebrated Papa Cork's birthday too.
I made him a his favorite cake for his birthday - COCONUT!
S: I worked diligently to cover the cakes with toasted coconut for a nice little crunch.
Yea - we made TWO cakes. Who doesn't love leftover birthday cake?
S: Papa was so excited when I sang to him!! Happy belated Birthday Papa!
